Standalone Townhouse: This highly spec’d contemporary take on a traditional townhouse experienced some fundamental flaws that resulted in water entering the structure. Insite’s experience with high end renovations and leaky building remedial work resulted in this project being finished seamlessly. This is best illustrated by the extensive use of copper for sills, flashings gutters and downpipes which make this unit stand apart from the rest in design style and also in the quality and meticulous attention to detail exhibited by our best tradesmen.

The interior finishes are also of the highest standard with Cedar architraves fitted to the existing Alti joinery which helps give the interior a warm natural feel. The finished product is of such a high standard that it would be very difficult to tell this building has had a major overhaul.

The mix of high end materials and expert tradesmen resulted in the building retaining its inherent value and providing the owner with surety around their investment.
